Exchange Policy
If you receive a product with a size issue, manufacturing defect, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in original condition.
Once the exchange request is approved and the returned product is received, a replacement item will be shipped based on product availability.
If the requested product is not available, customers may choose a refund or an alternative product.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
To process the request, we may ask for:
- Photos of the product
- Order details
- A description of the issue
Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is verified.
